From the building of Mission Dolores in 1776 to today’s thriving Hispanic community, we continue to celebrate our colorful cultural history. In fact Hispanics, only in San Francisco, now comprise 14% of the population. Below is a sampling of our rich history in the Bay Area and Northern California.
